Plug the Mini DisplayPort end into your Mac, and connect the HDMI end to an HDMI (male to male) cable, then plug the cable into your HDMI input input jack. ** PLEASE NOTE: The Mini DisplayPort is only found on newer models of Macs - You MUST check what port type you have before purchase. Helpful Notes: This device is intended to function more as an adapter than as a cable, meaning its short length WILL NOT reach from your Mac to the monitor. It will need to be used with an HDMI cable (sold separately).

Worked right away with my mac. Only issue would be the sound but my mac doesnt have hdmi audio option, so i cant really complain about that. Aside from that, it's built right, doesn't seems flimsy or anything. Been using it for a month already with absolutely no issues. I highly recommend it. |
