The quality just keeps going down hill as the price goes up! These last ones I purchased were made in China. They shrunk to almost half of the original size after one washing. The center padding twisted and scrunched up and the ends came unraveled. I wrote to Gerber to express my unhappiness with the quality. We'll see if it makes a difference. The problem is finding an economical replacement. They are flimsy, stiff, scratchy, and the workmanship is horrible. I would not use these diapers on a dog, let alone a baby!
